Newsflash: JWG takes on global accountability gaps – join in 18 May

In an increasingly digital sector with divergent rule sets, the ability to manage the global compliance deltas in complex senior management accountability rules  is fast becoming a critical differentiator for senior management seeking to work across borders.

As we summarized in our latest Beacon, JWG’s surveillance community has covered quite a patchwork of regulatory obligations over the past 2 years. In all that time, nothing has pulled all into focus like GameStop. Minutes and materials from our fantastic review of GameStop, Conduct risk, Culture and KPIs which is now available for TSS Members.

We are pleased to announce that the next Trade Surveillance SIG meeting will take place on 18 May. It will be a great chance to review JWG’s research into the key gaps and overlaps in the global accountability and governance landscape  (e.g., BEAR/FAR, MIC, IAC, SEAR, UK Culture) and the agenda and materials can be found here.

Contact Corrina to join colleagues from 18 firms and top suppliers to discuss JWG’s analysis of the gaps and overlaps across accountability rules and how senior managers can spot the pitfalls and put in place controls to steer around them.

To promote global dialogue on how to deliver regulatory change JWG post hundreds of focused articles a year to thousands of subscribers. Get involved and join the mail list.
