Ciaran Walker

Ciaran Walker is a Consultant in the Financial Services Regulation & Governance group at the Dublin offices of the global law firm Eversheds Sutherland. He regularly advises local and international financial services firms on issues relating to financial services regulation, governance and individual accountability. He also regularly lectures and speaks at conferences internationally on these issues. His most recent publication, a book entitled “New accountability in financial services: Changing individual behaviour and culture”, was published in January 2022. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, in 2016, Ciaran was Deputy Head of Enforcement at the Central Bank of Ireland.
