EMEA Business Development Director – Financial Market Compliance, NICE Actimize

With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services and banking technology sector, Mr. Lambert consults with firms on solving their toughest conduct risk and regulatory compliance issues. During his time with NICE Actimize, he has skirted the globe. As APAC Business Development Director from June 2018 through July 2021, he led the expansion of the company’s Financial Compliance business across the APAC region. In his current position as EMEA Business Development Director he is bringing the same know-how and expertise to EMEA firms to help them mitigate conduct risk and comply with global regulations by deploying innovative next-generation surveillance technology. Prior to joining NICE, he held various leadership and business development positions at IBM and other banking IT consulting and data analytics technology firms. He holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and Business from ESC Dijon. After residing in Singapore for 10 years, Jerome now lives in London with his wife Lidivine and two sons.
